Six Alley is a hidden gem in Santa Ana that delivers bold, authentic flavors with every bite. Their noodle dishes are exceptional—the Mahu Beef Noodle is rich and savory, while the Chili Oil Hand-Pull Noodle offers a perfect balance of heat and texture. The Asian burgers, or Roujiamo, are a delightful surprise; the Six Alley Signature Pork Asian Burger is juicy and flavorful, and the Stir-Fried Beef and Green Pepper version adds a spicy kick that’s truly satisfying. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. If you’re in the area, don’t miss out on this culinary treasure!

This is a Chinese restaurant famous for their biang biang noodles. The food was tasty and unique. The customer service was nice. You can choose the spiciness level here. The levels can be 0-3 or 1-3 since some of the spiciness is part of the flavors cooked into each dish. I would get at least level 1 spicy. The extra kick really enhances the food. You can get chili oil sauce on the side also. * Oil-Poured Noodle with Braised Beef Rib 5/5 - Very flavorful dish with a complexity to the taste, savory with a light sweetness and citrus subtlety. It came with 2 ribs that had a good amount of meat. The rib meat was very tender and fell off the bone easily. The minimum level 1 spiciness was perfect. * Mahu Beef Noodles 4.5/5 - This dish was very flavorful. The beef was tender and well marinated.

The hand-pulled noodles were amazing—chewy, flavorful, and perfectly coated in a spicy, savory sauce. The beef and tripe were super tender and added great texture. We also got the seaweed salad, which was super refreshing with a nice kick and topped with fresh cilantro—so simple but so good. Service was quick, portions were generous, and the whole place had a fun, casual vibe. Definitely coming back!

I had an amazing experience at Six Alley! The hand-pulled noodles were incredibly fresh and chewy, and the flavors in each dish were bold and authentic. I especially loved the liang pi and the wide noodles with spicy chicken—both were packed with spice and perfectly balanced. The portions were generous and the service was fast and friendly. This place is a hidden gem for Chinese comfort food lovers in Santa Ana. Definitely coming back!

Well tasted noodles shop. You will enjoy the flavor if you like spicy traditional noodles. It's will be perfect if they add more garlic/green onions into their dishes.

We discovered this place with Biang Biang (hand pulled) noodle. It is very tasty and the texture of the noodle is chewy and delicious. The Chinese burger is crispy outside and juicy inside. A must try! The server is very attentive

I've had all 3 of the chef recommendations and my favorite is definitely the 3-in-1, though you can't go wrong with any of them if you love noodles, garlic, and spicy food. There's plenty of parking and service is pretty quick. There is a wait during peak hours but it's worth a try. The only complaint I have is that the serving size is too small.

Authentic and Flavor-Packed Biang Biang Noodles! Six Alley is a hidden gem for anyone craving authentic Chinese comfort food, especially their signature Biang Biang noodles. The noodles are hand-pulled to perfection—thick, chewy, and with just the right bite. Each dish is bursting with flavor, whether you go for the classic chili oil version or something more hearty like the cumin lamb or tomato & egg toppings. The spice level is bold but balanced, and the ingredients taste super fresh. Portions are generous too, making it great value for money. I also loved the casual vibe of the place—clean, cozy, and with quick service. If you’re looking to try real-deal Xi’an-style noodles, this place should be at the top of your list. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
